Six Financial Information Singapore: A Collaborative and Green Workplace Design

Creating a Warm and Inviting Office Space

At the initial stage of the project, ID Integrated was presented with a draft plan outlining the space requirements. Inspired by the concept of incorporating green-labelled materials, the design team developed a vision that would align with Six Financial's corporate image.

The highlight of the office is the front-of-house area, which features a reception, an arena, and a work cafe. The flow of these spaces is smooth and organic, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The reception area welcomes visitors with a backlit logo against a backdrop of preserved moss, leaving a lasting first impression.

The work cafe is designed to promote comfort and productivity, with tiered seating at the arena for townhall meetings. The use of timber-look surfaces and green elements adds to the relaxed ambiance, allowing employees to work in a state of mind that enhances productivity.

One of the challenges faced during the design process was infusing local flavors into the space while maintaining its international appeal. To overcome this, the design team incorporated Singapore's urban planning, design, and biophilic approach, giving the office a unique character.

The design also prioritizes sustainability and technology. The office features sophisticated IT and security systems, including imported products from Switzerland. Additionally, a customized acoustic ceiling with artificial plants is used for sound absorption, creating a comfortable and productive work environment.

The Six Financial Information Singapore office spans 5500 sqft and was completed within 8 weeks. It is a testament to the collaboration between ID Integrated and Six Financial, resulting in a workplace that promotes creativity, productivity, and a greener future.

This innovative design has been recognized with the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2022. This prestigious award acknowledges designs that demonstrate creativity, resourcefulness, and a commitment to improving quality of life.
